Wasabi (Japanese:わさび,ワサビ,山葵(originally written和佐比); Wasabia japonica, Cochlearia wasabi, or Eutrema japonica) is a member of the family Brassicaceae, including cabbage, radish, and mustard. As Japanese horseradish known, is the root used as a spice and has a very strong taste. His mouth is more like a spicy mustard to the capsaicin in chili pepper, fumes irritating to the nose more than the production of language. The system grows naturally on the beds of rivers in mountain valleys in Japan. There are also other types of uses, such tetsuigi such as W. koreana, and W.. The two main varieties in the marketplace are W. japonica var Daruma and mažumos, but there are many others.
