If the social-networking sites is to work with people in rural areas. They are "connected" to the gay lifestyle, and can the "local" could not be found to meet otherwise.

Working in an STD clinic seems to me that many people take their online partners, and, unfortunately, increased STI / HIV rates further.

But people have in social situations and the bars never be replaced for that reason. In fact, one of the bars was on a Sunday afternoon meeting in a series of "one" people and make contacts in the real work, not in cyberspace, and was very successful.

I think not. The bars are so packed that 10 or even 20 years.

People still need the real world.

There will always Bars! This is where real people really respond. Online meetings give only the illusion of being someone else. How many of us have embellished what we are and what they actually do online in order to later be arrested, a large majority. When the time comes, they do most of us set up meetings online to get in touch? In most clubs. The Internet is for the chat and what not be ideal, but nightclubs and bars around a long time. This is a "constant", as are the church, grocery stores, a pillar of the community meetings.

For appointments, I was more in line ... For a fun drinking and dancing on the bar ... But I never took anyone over the crossbar. I always knew that the 3-week relationship bars ... I'm here to have fun, know, not really anyone ...

Do not think gay networking sites online to replace the bars. I think there is another place to meet people, socialize, and connect (for some) too.

However, I believe that some people do not like to go to bars, online networking is probably a welcome alternative to them.

Bars are increasingly popular because it is a place to see, see, drink, dance, have friends and fun.
